Warranty & Product Care

1. Product care basics

• Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat sources such as radiators or direct flame
• Clean with a damp cloth; avoid harsh solvents unless confirmed safe for the material
• Do not overload drawers or mounts beyond intended use
• If magnets are used, keep them away from children and medical implants

2. Materials

• Standard (PETG): durable, good impact resistance, may soften at elevated temperatures
• Professional (ASA-CF): improved heat/UV performance with a matte finish and higher stiffness

3. Manufacturing tolerance

3D printing can produce small dimensional variations. Products are designed for functional fit, but minor differences can occur. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.

4. Voluntary warranty

Voluntary warranty duration: 12 months.

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Broken parts under normal intended use

Excludes:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation
• Heat damage beyond typical indoor workshop conditions
• Cosmetic variations consistent with 3D printing

Remedy: replacement parts or replacement product at our discretion.
