If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

3. Using our website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with operations, or use the website unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.

5. Product information (3D printed goods)

  • Minor surface marks, layer lines, and small dimensional variation can occur
  • Colours may vary between production batches and materials (PETG vs ASA-CF)
  • Product images are illustrative and delivered items may vary slightly
  • Gridfinity compatibility statements describe intended compatibility, not universal compatibility with every third-party implementation

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights for faulty goods.

6. Orders and contract formation

  1. You place an order via the website
  2. We confirm we have received it (order confirmation)
  3. A contract is formed when we dispatch goods or otherwise confirm acceptance

We may refuse or cancel orders for pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected misuse/fraud. Paid amounts are refunded if we cancel.

7. Prices and payment

  • Product prices are shown in GBP ex VAT
  • VAT and delivery charges are calculated at checkout
  • Payments are processed via Stripe

8. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery, and title passes when payment is received in full.

9. Your right to cancel (distance purchases)

UK consumers generally have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return goods within a further 14 days.

11. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, UK consumer law provides remedies including repair, replacement, or refund depending on circumstances. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

12. Warranty (additional to statutory rights)

Any voluntary warranty is described in our Warranty & Product Care policy and is in addition to statutory rights.

13. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
  • We are not responsible for business losses where you purchase as a consumer
  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or use outside intended purpose

14. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

15. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for website display and marketing unless you ask us to remove it.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
